ONLINE THE FIT MUMMY BOOTCAMP

Obviously, progress is not something that happens overnight and there is no quick fix, but exercising regularly and eating well to compliment this, do have amazing results and a 4 week period is enough to see some of the hard work shine through (12 weeks is an optimum time for major results so I urge you to keep at it beyond this!). The mamas who completed this challenge over the last 12 weeks (some have done 3 challenges back to back) have achieved some INCREDIBLE results, not only physically but mentally. Please note that eating a healthy, well-balanced diet (and yes that means carbs!) is key to health and therefore I urge you not to cut out meals etc. or even calorie count. Just be mindful about what you are consuming. Eat fresh, whole food, and limit processed foods.
About the sessions
Sessions take place at 9.15 am and Monday - Friday and 8:15 pm Tuesday and Thurs
Sessions are hosted on Zoom so that I can see you and give you feedback/motivation which makes the whole experience much more personal. Obviously, babies are so welcome (as are children of any age), but if you're lucky enough that baby is napping or doesn't demand being attached to you then you can use a kettlebell/dumbbell/filled up big bottle of water or milk.
Sessions are relaxed, so if your baby needs you, please don't feel like I am judging you. I created these classes to make mamas feel comfortable and to give them some time in their day for them.
Workouts are all scaleable, which means there are options given for everything in order to reduce the impact and ensure that it is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels. This is a great way to help you to feel more confident in your body and improve fitness.
Sessions are 40 minutes long and you will receive a link for class the night before class.
There are 3 different tiered options to choose from when you sign up for The Fit Mummy Bootcamp
Tier 1: The Fit Mummy Club - 3 months at a discounted rate and with unlimited access to sessions
Tier 2: The Fit Mummy Challenge- Unlimited access to sessions for a month
Tier 3: The Fit Mummy Fix- 3 x a week for a month( Mon 9:15 am, Tues & Thurs at 8:15 pm)

If LIVE classes don't work for you then you can access the class at any point in the day after the live ones have taken place, via a recording that will be sent round for you to complete.
At the end of the 4 weeks, a winner will be selected and they will receive a prize.
If you would like to be part of it you will need to take some 'before' photos, from the front, side and back, in good lighting, but you don't need to send them until the end.

An online supportive community via a WhatsApp group is available to all mamas participating in the Bootcamp which is great for motivation and sharing meal ideas.
