I want to help you have more energy, feel fit, strong and healthy during one of the most incredible journeys the female body goes through with The Fit Mummy and Bump Bootcamp!


The physical and mental effects of exercising during pregnancy is so important.

When I was pregnant with Theo, exercise not only made me feel good but strong enough to take on the realities of going into labor and giving birth.

And this is the exact reason behind launching this Bootcamp to support mamas to be throughout their pregnancy safely and confidently.

The 4-week Bootcamp is £40. You will have unlimited access to LIVE 40 min classes via Zoom, 3 days a week which takes place at 7:30pm Tuesday, Thursday and 9am Saturday. 

Classes are hosted on Zoom so that I can see you and give you feedback/motivation which makes the whole experience much more personal. If however, you are at any point unable to attend LIVE classes, recorded sessions will be available and sent around post-session.
You will receive a link for the Zoom class the night before class.

As my Bootcamp is designed for ladies in all trimesters, each exercise you will be shown will be tailored to include options in order to suit your stage of pregnancy and ensure you feel comfortable and that you are exercising safely.

All you need to bring is any sort of weight that includes but not limited to a kettlebell, dumbbell or a filled up big bottle of water or milk and Resistance bands (optional)

There is also a supportive online community for all those participating via a WhatsApp group which is great for motivation and sharing meal ideas or just asking for pregnancy/mama advice.

I exercised throughout my entire pregnancy and so can you!
